Garden Inspiration New York: Magnificent Magnolias & Easter Parade

Now it's a colourful time in New York, and while most of us are busy in our own gardens I will share what's going on in New York at this time with photos I took a few years ago.

(Double click on the photos to see them larger)

In Central Park the Magnificent Magnolias are blowing peoples mind, such beauty!

Easter Parade & Bonnet Festival is Judy Garland and a bye gone era You think, but oh no, it's still going on since mid 18th century, this year on Sunday April 20th, now on Sunday.
5th Ave are closed of from 49th Street up to 67th and people strolling up and down the Avenue with or without fantastic hats and outfits.

So if You are in New York over the Easter, and I know a lot of Swedes that are, Enjoy the Craziness and Beauty of the City
Wishes Per!

A Central Park Promenade

Dear All, I'm still in one of my favorite cities: New York!
For Garden lovers there is a lot here, but one of the major gardens is Central Park after all, where You can wander for days and discover new things all the time, the Magnolia Season in the spring being one of my favorites, but fall doesn't fall far after ;)
People, promenades, bridges, flowers, animals and the ambiance is amazing, enjoy a walk with me in
