Every year the artist Margareta Persson baking/making a Gingerbread Palace for the Museum of Gävle! I have as a tradition to go there, enjoy the palace with Margaretas small funny sculptured figures, and have a Fika in the Café.
Margareta used:
60 kilo flour
12 kilo sugar
6 litre cream
8 kilo butter
20 kilo icing sugar
