Garden Catch Up 2/4

Hi again!
Today it's the second catch up of photos from the 2 last weeks in my garden!
Feel free to ask questions in the comment field!

Enjoy, Per!

Some Mini Pelargoniums (or forced to be); Unknown, "Friesdorf" & "Mårbacka"
The rounded pots did I buy handmade on the island of Lipari next to Stromboli in Italy, the round pot is a outer pot/water reservoir with a insert of a Terracotta pot with blue glazed rim. They come in all sizes & colours, these are the smallest. I'm thinking of importing them.
Day Lily "Joan Senior" & my blue "Inner Garden" flower beds
My "Bornholm" Pelargonium start to get it's first Roselike flowers
The delicate bluish Pelargonium "Quinquelobatum" & "Spleenwort"/"Svartbräken"
The hanging Fuchsia "Pink Marshmallow"
Sunflower "Ruby F1"
The Tomatoe & Chili wall
My baby blue Salvia "Uliginosa" have it's first flowers and are now a meter high, a long way to go to the 3'ish meter it can be.
Unknown Pelargonium and my Finish "Rauhala" Cherry tree. After trimming off all the weak side branches only keeping one, bending it upwards with support, it turned really nice and have been growing a extra meter with nice new side branches :D
"Agapanthus"/"Afrikas Blå Lilja"
The corner of the Blue innergarden with a little water feature & my Bronze statue from Chennai-India
Pelargonium "Appleblossom Rosebud"
Red Onion flower
Marigold/Ringblomma "Bronzed Beauty"

I end todays Catch Up with a unknown kund of Hollyhock/Stockros that according to the garden center is Burgundy, but I can live with this colour as well ;)
Have a great day, Per!

Restoration of a hedge & starting to clear the Woodland

I talked yesterday with my gardenbuddy Evy here in Leufstabruk, she told me that there is a place where we can take Snowberry bushplants if I need some. I certainly do, previous renter of my property have taken away parts of the hedge by the entrance and I wish to have it back.

This morning I started to prepare for the plants

Evy and I went to the village compost where the Snowberry bush grow freely and digged up several plants, both for her and I

Back to my house with the plants

On the other side of the entrance it was just impossible to dig, and there is hedgeplants growing back there anyway, so I just cleared it from gravel and put soil on it and cross my fingers for the hedge to grow back within a couple of years

Some decoration is nice outside now when it's spring! Bulbs put in Swedish Höganäs stoneware and a guardian Bronze cat I bought at a Garden Antique market in Bordeaux-France!

In the end of my garden it's a forrest and wetland that partially dry up in the summer!
My plan is to clear it up as much as possibly and do a sort of Woodland/Lund there.
What You see in front of it is all Nestles that where superhigh when I came here in the fall, that will be the biggest challenge.

Today I cleared a little bit highter part where I will put a bench in the future.
The bench there now was a previous feeding table for Venison and have to go, I don't need them in my garden.
Hopefully I will have the area covered with mixed wild Anemones/Sippor for the spring and in the fall I will put seeds here for Ramson/Ramslök. In the water grow Lillies now.

It got colder in the afternoon and I wen't inside to set more seeds:
Tomatoe "Tigerella"
Cucumber Organic "Picolino"
Summer Rudbeckia "Cherry Brandy"
Pelargonium "Sil Hero" & "Quinquelobatum"

And as usual, ending my Gardening day with a well deserved Fika!

Hope You had a great sunday as well, Per!

Lövstabruks Manor Greenhouse from 1735, now the garden center Lövstabruks Trädgårdsmästeri

The Greenhouse in the Manor House park here in our village Lövstabruk have supplied the Manor with Flowers, Grapes, Fruits, Vegetables, Berries and more for hundreds of years. In the turn of the last century was the Swedish Writer & Artist August Strindbergs brother Johan Olof the Director of the gardens.

Since 2009 its a commercial Garden center during the summer, owned by the enthusiastic Gardener Josephina Wesström Juhlin. They're having a great collection of old Pelargoniums of which I have two.
Today it was a spectacular day and I wandered around the Greenhouse which is closed for the season, here are some athmospheric autumn photos, Enjoy!

Closed for the season, can hardly wait until they're open again!
 Have a great Sunday, Per!
